Scott’s expertise is in fabricating, building and operating equipment designed specifically for the utilization of soybeans. He works with NSRL and College faculty and staff on domestic and international projects focused on soy foods and soy biodiesel education and training.

Dr. Gundersen's is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics. His research focus is on program evaluation, especially food assistance programs; Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs; Food assistance and food insecurity measurement; The relationship between stress, food insecurity among the elderly and related to childhood obesity.

Marilyn is as a program coordinator working with the NSRL programs on domestic and international nutrition. She manages the two NSRL test kitchens and sensory laboratory, plans and participates in soy food outreach activities, and develops soy food applications. She provides statistical analysis support for NSRL projects and coordinates the NSRL website.

Bridget Owen is the Associate Director or NSRL where she directs soybean research, outreach and education efforts from production to consumption. She works to have the University and industry stakeholders create alliances aimed at finding solutions to the evolving technological and marketing conditions of the soybean industry. Bridget oversees NSRL programs in Nutrition, International, and Production areas, as well as general NSRL management.

Rannebarger oversees the daily activities in the NSRL office. She organizes and
coordinates office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness
and efficiency. Rannebarger manages the work of undergraduate student workers,
maintains office equipment, determines inventory levels of supplies and serves as
NSRC building liaison.

Nick coordinates NSRL soybean production research, working with university scientists, soybean growers, and industry representatives to promote productivity and profitability for soybean growers and the industry. Production research programs at the NSRL embrace all aspects of production: breeding and genetics, disease and pest resistance, yield enhancement, weeds research, agronomics, and variety evaluations.

Courtney is a program coordinator with her focus on international development projects. She works with the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH) to implement projects in Asia, Central America and Africa. Her duties also involve proposal development, conference coordination, and workshop management, and she is the logistics coordinator for the INTSOY Short Course.

Karl coordinates the International Soybean Program (INTSOY) and is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the University's Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. He oversees the annual INTSOY Short Course and coordinates soy food activities at the Agriculural Bioprocessing Laboratory Pilot Processing Plant.
